Softball is riding high after a 7-5 win over Riverdale to punch their ticket to STATE!  Senior Audrey Cathey led the way going 2-2, with 2 RBI, 2 Home Runs and 2 walks , Sam Malcolm and Bella Brennen also had big games at the plate, each going 3-4. Bella Uppinghouse and Mia Veloz again split the pitching duties and held the Lady Warriors to minimal offense. The girls will travel to Murfreesboro for the State Tournament. The double elimination torunament will kick off on Tuesday, May 19th at 3:00pm vs Maryville. The game will be played at McKnight Fields. Game two will be Wednesday at Noon at the Starplex in Murfreesboro no matter the outcome of Tuesday's Game. Get on out and support your Lady Spartans.
